Ingredients:
1 large Beef Brisket
½ bottle soy sauce
1 can beef consommé
Juice of 1 lemon
Dash of garlic salt
BBQ Sauce
1 c. ketsup
4 T. Worcestershire sauce
4 T. brown sugar
4 T. vinegar
2 T. liquid smoke
Cook 10 minutes. Pour over sliced meat and wrap back in foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
Directions
1. Mix soy sauce, consomme,garlic salt, and lemon juice and marinate Beef Brisket in it. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
2.Next day: Pour off liquid, sprinkle meat very generously with paprika.
3. Wrap in heavy aluminum foil and bake at 250 degrees for 4-5 hours or until tender.
4. Cool completely, slice thinly across the grain.
