Heat about 3-4 inches of oil in a large pan to 375 degrees.
While the oil is heating, combine the Bisquick mix with the milk and egg and whisk thoroughly to combine. When the oil is hot, dredge the Oreos in in the Bisquick batter. Place the dredged Oreos into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 60-90 seconds per side.
- 2 cups Bisquick mix, or any pancake batter
- 1 cup milk
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 2 eggs
- 1 package Oreos
